Breaking out of hibernation

Longer days, snippets of sunshine and blue sky, the pure white of snowdrops and the emerging hosts of dancing daffodils!

I've come out of my post-spine-race hibernation with a smile on my face and a feeling of excitement and optimism for the coming year. Ready for running on the mountains and ready to capture these inspiring scenes on canvas to share with you.

The calendar's quickly filling up with recces, races, residencies, retrospectives, ridges, rocks, rivers and road trips. It's going to be a busy year and I can't wait.

Join me on my 2026 adventures and I promise expressive, passionate mountain landscape art inspired by the beautifully brutal mountains and fells of England, Scotland and Wales.
